Lionsgate has just released a new teaser trailer for Saw IV which features a VERY gory autopsy of Jigsaw.. I am warning you RIGHT NOW that this is the goriest footage ever seen outside of the movie theater.. If you think you can handle insane gore and you’re still looking to be convinced about seeing Saw IV, then this is it.. The video starts off with Jigsaw’s autopsy - and as I said it is very graphical.. I am recommending this only to be viewed by those who are 18+..

Saw IV is directed again by Saw II and III director Darren Lynn Bousman.. The film will open wide on Halloween weekend, the 26t October 2007..
